Carrot cake and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 350 g of carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • Sugar 200g
  • 200g grated coconut
  • 100g flour
  • 1c.(tea) baking powder
  • butter and flour to the form
  • to sprinkle grated coconut

Directions

Grate the carrots for your dates and book. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they get in cream. Add the grated coconut and the polme carrot. Beat again. Finally, add(without crashing) the mixed flour and sifted with the yeast. Pour the dough into a flat and low, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in the oven until cook and brown. Let it cool and unmold. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
