Cake Yogurt, Covered with Milk Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 yogurt flavor to taste
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 spoon cafe rasa of cinnamon powder
  • 3 dl of milk cream a bit thick
  • roasted grated coconut to sprinkle taste

Directions

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a cream cute. Stir in the yogurt and continues to beat, then add the olive oil, chat a little, and without stop beating, add the flour previously mixed with baking powder and cinnamon. Beat the egg whites firm.

Engage, without beating the egg whites to the prepared earlier. Pour into prepared in a great shape previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

Bake in a medium oven for about 50 minutes (you may want to check if it is cooked).

Remove from oven, let cool a little, and unmold.

Serve topped with milk cream and sprinkled with grated coconut and roasted. The measure is the cup of yogurt.
