  • 5 eggs
  • 350 g of sugar yellow
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) olive oil
  • 21/2 dl of milk fat
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) lard
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) butter
  • 1 tablespoon (tea) grated rind of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon (tea) of cinnamon powder
  • 300 g of wheat flour with leaven
  • butter and flour to grease and sprinkle on the way
  • powdered sugar


Butter a round shape with a chimney in the middle and sprinkle with flour. Light the oven before you start hitting the cake.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, sifted, until you get a eggnog creamy. Add the olive oil, honey, milk, lard and butter softened in a bain-marie without stop beating the mass.

Aromatize with lemon zest and canela.Por the end, add the sifted flour, mixing in without knocking. Pour the dough in the form and bake in the oven to bake.

After 40 minutes, check to see if the cake is baked. Let it cool, unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
