  • Choco: 1 kg
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Arrange the cuttle, without removing the bag of ink. Take the heat in the chopped onion in the olive oil, garlic, and bay leaf. When the onion is alourada, join the cuttlefish.

Season with salt and pepper, cover and leave to ascertain. Serve with boiled potatoes.
