Cuttle fish with white wine

  • Choco: 1 with 150 g
  • White wine: 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Ripe tomato: 1
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Wash them very well the choco and dry with a paper towel. In a frying pan with a little olive oil, saute the garlic join after the squid, add the peeled tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook a little bit, then add the wine and cook on low heat until the liquid is absorbed serve it with a green salad and colorful.
