Cod Ze from Pipo

  • Cod Norway (loins): 500 g
  • Potatoes: 750 g
  • Milk 1 l
  • Medium size onions: 2
  • mayonnaise: 1 small bowl
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • Black olives: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Cook the cod previously steeped in milk. Drain and reserve the milk of the cooking. Chop the onions and mild to cook in olive oil, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and a little milk and cooking cod. Bake the potatoes and undo them until you get a puree.

Place the cod in a container oven, pour the onion on the slices and cover completely with the mayonnaise. Go around with the mashed potatoes and light the hard grating. Garnish with black olives.
