Cod with Porto and cream

Ingredients

  • Cod (steeped): 1 kg
  • Clams: 1 kg
  • White wine: 1 dl
  • Wine of the dry Port: 1 dl
  • Cream: 150 g
  • olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • medium onion: 1
  • Tomato: 1 kg
  • cloves: 2
  • Margarine: taste.
  • flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Laurel: taste.
  • Salsa

Directions

The clams are soaked in water with salt for a few hours. In a saucepan cod going to heat up water to a boil. Leave to cool. Clean and chips cod. In a frying pan is going to heat the white wine.

Joins the clams drained, the bay leaf and the bunch of parsley. Boil until the clams open. Prepares a stir fry with olive oil, onions, tomatoes (chopped), the cloves, salt and pepper. Pan lightly fry-if a tablespoon margarine and sprinkles it with flour. Add the sauce and the clams unfastened and the Port wine.

Refines and then joins the cream. True-if the salt and season with pepper. On a serving platter features of cod and clam. Covers, first of all, with the tomato sauce and, later, with the wine sauce.

Gratina in the oven and it goes to the table hot. Is accompanied with French fries.
