Ingredients

  • Cod: 4 loins
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Corn bread: 1

Directions

A pan, put the onion and clove of garlic slices, salt cod and irrigation with olive oil. Leads to a well-heated oven for about 10 minutes.
