Ingredients

  • Cod: 400 gr
  • Onions great: 3
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Oil: 2 teaspoons
  • Bread: 3
  • Pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 2

Directions

Soak the cod shredded from one day to the other. Slice the bread. Prepare a stir fry with chopped onions and garlic until aloirarem. Then add the cod to the stew. The part, soak the bread slices and put them on a baking tray or a serving platter. On a board, or on a serving platter that can go in the oven, put a layer of the slices soaked in milk, then a layer of cod, and so on until the end. The last layer is of bread. Cover with beaten eggs and pepper and put in the oven to bake.
