  • Codfish: 1 Package (or 2 slices of cod cooked and shredded)
  • Sausages: 1 Can (6 units)
  • Potatoes in small cubes for frying: 1 Package
  • Pickles: 1/2 Bottle (small)
  • Cloves garlic, chopped very fine: 3
  • Onion, chopped very fine: 1/2
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Black olives: taste.
  • Hard-boiled eggs: 2
  • Oil: taste.


Start by heating the oil to fry the potatoes. In a pan a big boy, put the garlic and the onion very finely chopped. Sprinkle generously with olive oil. When you start to turn golden, put the cod (that should be thawed and shredded), and leave it to fry. It will free up some of the water. Let cook until the water to evaporate.

The potatoes should go frying. While the cod kitchen, cut sausages into thin rings and the pickles in small pieces. Drain the potatoes on absorbent paper. Add the cod, even in the heat, sausages, pickles and olives. Involve very well.

Add the potatoes and engage again. Put in the dish to serve and cover with the eggs, pre-cooked, cut slices.
