  • Cod: 500 g
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Potatoes: 500 g
  • Eggs: 6
  • Onion: 3
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Oil for frying: taste.
  • Black olives: taste.
  • Tomatoes into slices: 3
  • Salsa: taste.


Demolhe cod eve. Remove bones and skin and shred. Cut the potatoes into the straw, and the onion into very thin slices. Chop the garlic. Fry the potatoes in oil well hot and drain. In a pan, saute in olive oil with onions and garlic. Add the cod, and mix. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper and add to the cod. Let it cook for a few minutes and remove, while the eggs are still cute. Add the potato straw and arrange a travessa.Enfeite with olives, tomatoes, and parsley.
