Cod stuffed with ham

  • Cod: 1 kg
  • Ham: 250 g
  • Egg: 2
  • Garlic: 2
  • Breadcrumbs: to taste
  • Olive oil: to taste
  • Grated cheese: to taste
  • Salsa: to taste


Open to the slices of cod that have to be thick, leaving one end closed. Fill with thin slices of ham, flour with a wooden spoon grated cheese, adding also a little olive oil over the top and close.

Cock-if the garlic that spreads over the top of the set, flour with bread crumbs, subject to generously with extra virgin olive oil and bake it in the oven. When the cod is well-stained, remove and sprinkle with hard-boiled eggs as well picadinhos.

By the end poke a sprig of parsley, spread over the top of the set and is ready to be served hot.
