  • Portuguese cabbage: 4
  • Potato: 16 large
  • Egg: 8
  • Olive oil: 3 dl
  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste


Baked cod, previously steeped in water to a boil on a low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. However, bakes the eyes of cabbage, that withdraws the sheets hard exterior. In another bowl boil the eggs and potatoes with peel, previously washed. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thick slices. It takes the olive oil to the fire and, as soon as it is hot, add the sliced garlic. Lets just pop.

Tempers the olive oil, out of the heat, with salt and pepper. Serves cod on a serving platter, the potatoes and eggs in another, and the sprouts in a third container.

Pour the olive oil in a bowl or in a gravy boat, and then it is accompanied with corn bread or bread mixture.
