  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Tomato: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • White vinho verde (green Wine taste.
  • Mayonnaise: taste.


Lightly fry the putting of codfish in olive oil. Prepare the small stir-fried tomato, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cool off with white vinho verde.

Cover the excluded cod with cebolada and a little bit of mayonnaise. Put in the oven the hard grating. Keep up with mashed potatoes.

Decorate with gomo tomato and boiled egg, black olives and pepper morrone.
