Cod in sweet potatoes

  • Sweet potato: 1
  • Cod: 4 slices
  • Egg: 1
  • Garlic: 8 teeth
  • Curgete: 1
  • Tomato: 2
  • Onion: 2
  • Olive oil: 0,5 dl
  • Cilantro: taste.
  • Milk taste.
  • Oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Peel sweet potatoes and cut into thin slices. Break in half the slices of cod and clean the skin and pimples. Demolhe-in milk with salt and pepper. Mix the egg with the garlic and the chopped coriander, pass the cod by this mixture and then line it with slices of sweet potatoes. Secure with toothpicks and fry in oil hot.

Drain on absorbent paper, remove the toothpicks for your dates and book in a warm place. Cut the curgete into slices and blanch them in boiling water. Drain and place them on a baking tray and add the tomato and onion, cut into rings. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 200 c, about 15 minutes.

Remove and serve with cod.
