Ingredients

  • Cod: 800 g
  • Potato slices for frying: 500 g
  • Leaves of spinach: 750 g
  • Carrots: 2
  • Eggs: 3
  • Olive oil: The taste
  • Garlic: 4
  • Onion: 1
  • Small bunch of coriander: 1
  • Bechamel sauce: 1 package (500 ml)

Directions

Start by frying potatoes, after peeled. Cook the spinach and eggs. Grate the carrots, after peeled.

Book all of these ingredients.

In a pan put olive oil 4 cloves of chopped garlic, an onion, chopped, and sprigs of coriander. Let brown.

Mix the codfish, shredded and clean skin and pimples and leave to cook.

Mix the grated carrot and let cook about 5 minutes. Besuntar the bottom of a tray with a little bit of bechamel sauce and place half of the potatoes. On top put the spinach and boiled egg and broken into pieces.

Return to the pot and mix the remaining chips (without moving too much), and the remaining bechamel sauce.

Mix well and pour over the board.

Sprinkle with cheese mozarella and put in the oven pre-heated) the hard grating about 15/20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees celsius.
