Cod baked with tomato sauce

  • Cod: 800 g
  • Potatoes: 800 g
  • Peeled tomatoes: 400 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Olive oil: 1,5 dl
  • Butter: 1 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Baked cod, remove the skin and bones, and undo in chips very thick. The part, boil the potatoes into slices also very thick. Bring to heat the olive oil in a frying pan and when hot add the cod and the potatoes during 10 m, alourarem a bit.

The oil for this type of dishes, you may want to be the one that has increased acidity to ascertain better the taste. Take a little bit of water to uuma casserole, cover only the ingredients, with the peeled tomatoes, onion slices and parsley.

After 15 m to 20 m, up to be cooked, pass by the magic wand, removing the first salsa. Add the butter, salt and pepper and bring back to the stove to boil for about 10 m. However, to put the cod and the potatoes in a bowl to go in the oven and above water with the tomato sauce.

Put in the oven just a few minutes .....and hey presto!!
