Ingredients

  • Put the cod large steeped: 2
  • Eggs: 6
  • Package cream: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Chopped spinach, frozen: 400 g
  • Potato slices/small cubes: 1 kg
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Salt: taste.

Directions

Start to cook the cod. Once cooked, remove all the bones and skins. The part bake also spinach. Then in a frying pan put 2/3 tablespoons olive oil, and onion slices fine, until alourada.

After you place the sliced cod, spinach well dried, and let it cook a little. By the end sprinkle with the parsley, salt and pepper.

Fry the potatoes, when they are fried, place them in a dish to go in the oven. Over throw the preparation of the cod, and mix with the potatoes. Beat the eggs with the parsley and add the cream.

Pour over the top of the prepared earlier and take it to the form during /- 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 or until cooked and golden.
