Strawberry Cocktail

  • Strawberry: 200 g
  • Gin: 2 dl
  • Sugar syrup: 4 tablespoons
  • Crushed ice: to taste.


Wash the strawberries. Reserve some for decoration.

Place the remaining strawberries, gin, the sugar syrup and crushed ice in a blender and puree.

You can serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours.

Serve in bowls of champagne, decorated with strawberries that has been reserved at the beginning.
