Cocktail melon, mango and grapefruit

  • Melon small: 1
  • Sleeve: 1
  • Grapefruit: 2
  • Water: to taste.
  • Sugar to taste.
  • Mint leaves: taste.


Open the melon in half, remove the pevides, peel and cut the flesh into pieces to the inside of the cup of the blender. Peel and cut the sleeve in bits and join the melon. Reducing everything to puree.

Cut the grapefruit in half, to squeeze and strain the juice and add to the pulp of melon and sleeve. Mix well and add cold water, or ice cubes, and sugar to your taste.

Serve as the supreme good, fresh, decorated with mint leaves.
