  • Melon mature: 2
  • Champagne: 75 dl
  • Cubes of ice to taste.


Peel the meloas, remove the pevides, cut into pieces and tritur and with the magic wand. Coe to a pitcher.

At the time of serving, fill the glasses halfway down with the juice, melon. The fits of fill with the champagne. Add ice to taste and serve immediately .

You can replace the champagne for dry white wine.
