Champagne flavored with apple dry, blueberries and rosemary

Ingredients

  • Sparkling wine: 500 ml
  • Apple juice: 250 ml
  • Cinnamon: 1 dick
  • Apple drought: 1/2
  • Rosemary: 2 rods
  • Blueberries: taste.
  • Ice hailed: taste.

Directions

In a jar, put the blueberries, rosemary, cinnamon stick and the apple juice. Leave to macerate for 30 minutos.Ligue the oven to around 100. Wash apples and after you dry it well, cut into slices with approximately 2 mm thick and bake in the oven on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Remove the slices, when they are golden. Leave to cool and distribute them in a network of cooling. Add the champagne, and the apple-dried jarro.Reserve in the cold and add the ice 15 minutes before serving.
