Medallions of hake with leeks and shrimp

  • Medallions of hake: 4
  • Leek: 1
  • Shrimp cooked or frozen: 300 g
  • Bechamel: 1 package
  • Cream: 2 packages
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt, pepper beans: to taste.
  • Ginger powder: taste.


Bake the medallions with salt and pepper grain. Cook also the frozen shrimp, or peel the shrimp. Make a stir fry with olive oil, garlic French and ginger.

Put the garlic French on a baking tray, put the medallions and finally put the shrimp along with the cream and the bechamel.

Put in the oven until tostadinho. Keep up with salad or rice spring.
