Fried cuttlefish with bread shrimp

  • Olive oil: 2 dl
  • bread of Mafra's eve: ½
  • branch of coriander: 1
  • liter of water: 1
  • Shrimp: 250 gr
  • lemon: 1
  • branch of salsa: 1
  • garlic: 6 teeth
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Choco clean: 1.2 kg
  • paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • flour: 2 tablespoons
  • the beaten eggs: 2
  • Olive oil or olive oil for frying: taste.


Cut the cuttle into strips and season them with salt, pepper, garlic cloves, rolled, parsley and lemon cut into slices, reserving some of them for decoration. Let take taste.

Meanwhile, cook the shrimp for 5 minutes in a pan with water, two cloves of chopped garlic, part of the coriander and a little salt. Drain after you have cooked. Break the bread into pieces into a bowl and sprinkle it with broth boiled shrimp.

Stir-fry the remaining minced garlic with olive oil and add the paprika and the bread steeped. Involving along with shrimp, peeled and cut to pieces and season with salt, pepper and coriander who were bitten. However involving the flour with the beaten eggs.

Pass the strips of choco by the mixture and fry in hot fat. Place the bread in a dish, and, on top, arrange the fried cuttlefish. Garnish with the remaining parsley and lemon slices that are left over and serve immediately.
