Bread Cockles and Shrimp

  • Bread: 800 g
  • Onions: 2 small
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon of
  • Cockle: 600 g
  • Shrimp: 200 g
  • Cilantro: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • White pepper: taste.


After you clean and free of sand, “open up” the cockles in boiling water. This operation should take a few minutes, and if you must remove the cockles so that the shell open.
