  • Sugar-1 cup of tea shallow
  • Honey: 2.5 dl
  • Cinnamon: 1 dick
  • Lemon peel: 1/2
  • Port wine: 1 cup
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 1,5 lt
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Pinion: 50 g
  • Walnut: 50 g
  • Pass: 50 g
  • Bread: 250 g


It takes the water to the fire with all the ingredients, with the exception of fruits and bread. Leave to boil for 15 minutes. Join then the fruit thereof, and let it boil for another 15 minutes.

Cut the bread into very thin slices (the thinnest possible) and scalding with boiling water. This water must be in the least amount possible. Joins this dough to the prepared earlier, carefully, to avoid that earn lumps.

Let it boil a little more to determine, stirring constantly.
