Rice pudding

  • Rice big shot: 250 g
  • Milk: 1,5 lt
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Sugar to taste.
  • Lemon: 1 bark
  • Cinnamon stick: 1
  • Cinnamon powder: taste.


Wash and drips rice, introduced at about 6 dl of milk to the boil, seasoned with salt. When the rice is just open, start to add the hot milk and sugar, and other little by little. The cinnamon stick and the lemon peel come together when you start adding the milk. You will always stirring, not being strict quantities of milk and sugar, as they depend on the quality of the rice. Finally joins the butter. When ready this rice pudding must have the berries visible but wrapped in a cream. It is decorated with cinnamon.
