Pork loin roast

  • Pork loin: 3 kg
  • Lemon: 1
  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • White wine: 1 cup
  • Paprika sweet: 1 teaspoon
  • Ping: 3 tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.


Rub the meat with the crushed garlic along with the salt and paprika sweet. Put in a baking dish, pour the wine and lemon juice, bar well with the ping and leaves so from one day to the other. It takes then bake in the oven regular watering once in a while with your own spices. You can be served hot or cold. To accompany you can do-if applesauce, all prepared vegetables or even nuts cooked, served whole or pureed.
