  • Butter: 130 g
  • Sugar: 130 g
  • Flour: 500 g
  • Yeast: 15 g
  • Egg: 3
  • Milk: 2 dl
  • Port wine: 2 tablespoons
  • Brandy: 2 tablespoons
  • Fruit crystallized varied: to taste.
  • Almond: taste.
  • Walnut: taste.
  • Pinion: to taste


In a little cold milk dissolve the yeast and add the flour. Combine all ingredients, except the candied fruits and dried fruits, and knead well. When the mass start making bubbles, sign of well-worn, join the candied fruits and dried fruits.

Extends the mass in the form of thread, placing in a container with a hole in the middle, after a well greased with butter. Leave to rest for a few hours. Paint with egg yolk and put some more candied fruit on top.

Bake in medium oven until golden brown.
