Ingredients

  • Bread eve: 1
  • Milk: 3 dl
  • Egg: 4
  • Sugar: 300 g
  • Cinnamon: taste.
  • Lemon peel: 1
  • Oil for frying: taste.

Directions

It takes the milk to the boil with two tablespoons of sugar and the lemon peel. Beat the eggs well, so that the light becomes imperceptible. Cut the bread into slices about 1.5 cm, and they are the first by the milk and then by the eggs. Fry in oil hot and flow-on absorbent paper or on a cloth. Serve sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, or with sugar syrup. (Recipe for 6 people).
