French toast golden

  • Loaf of bread: 8 slices
  • Sugar: 350 g
  • Ovos moles: to taste
  • Cinnamon: to taste
  • Lemon: to taste


Make a sugar syrup in a weak point with the sugar and the water. Pass the bread slices by the tail, and then by ovos moles. Place on a serving platter, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with blades into very thin lemon peel.
