  • Egg: 2
  • Flour: 500 g
  • Yeast: 20 g
  • Milk: 1,5 dl
  • Brandy: 1/2 cup
  • Orange: 1
  • Olive oil: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt: to taste


Dispose of the flour and the yeast in the warm milk, joins the brandy, the juice of the orange, eggs, olive oil and salt. Knead everything very well and leave to prove it until almost twice the size. Fry at tablespoons oil, and put the drain on absorbent paper. Go to a serving platter and flour with sugar and cinnamon.
