  • Flour: 0.5 kg
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Orange: 2
  • Brandy: 1 cup
  • Egg: 2
  • Oil: taste.
  • Powdered sugar: the taste.


Mix the flour with the butter, the grated rind and orange juice, brandy and eggs. Chat with an electric mixer on medium speed until you get a mass of consistent look and bright.

Cover and leave to rest in between 30 and 45 minutes. It takes to heat a frying pan with oil.

Extends the mass, with a roll of kitchen, on a floured surface and cut into squares.

Fry, drips on absorbent paper and sprinkles with powdered sugar, while hot.
