  • Flour: 250 g
  • Lard: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Egg: 3
  • Orange: 1
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Water: to taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the lard, oil, sugar, egg yolks, and grated orange peel. Mix with a wooden spoon. Then, add, and little by little, crumpling to the hand, the juice of the orange, and the water seasoned with salt, in a quantity sufficient to obtain a mass that they can hide the roll. As soon as the dough is kneaded and sovada, let it sit for 2 to 4 hours. Extend it, cut in the shape that you want, and fry in a large frying.
