  • Almond: 100 g
  • Butter: 100 g
  • Toothpick la reine: 125 g
  • Sugar: 200 g
  • Starch: 25 g
  • Lemon: 1
  • Passes: 125 g
  • Egg: 10
  • Cinnamon: 1 coffee spoon


Beat the butter until creamy. Go together the egg yolks, almonds, peeled and grated, the popsicle la reine grated, the cinnamon, a grated lemon peel and raisins. Beat the egg whites, adding sugar and starch, and add to the prepared. Throw in a way with the hole, as well greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Cover the shape and bake it in the oven to bake in a bain-marie.
