  • Pumpkin: 3 kg
  • Cinnamon: 2 dicks
  • Sugar: 600 g
  • Cottage cheese: 6
  • Almond: 50 g


Clean the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Put it in a pan with the fund thick, bringing together the sugar and cinnamon sticks. Leave to cook on a low heat until the point of the road. Withdraws, then, from the heat and leave to cool.

Cottage cheese is crushed in order to obtain a homogeneous paste and join the peeled almonds, sliced into thin slices and toast. Splits the revenue for 12 servings and puts it , one by one, on a napkin, to shape into ball.

Pour the sweet pumpkin into bowls and put a ball of cheese to the centre.
