Ingredients

  • eggs: 4
  • yoghurt: 1
  • oil: 350 ml
  • Flour: 600 g
  • Sugar: 400 g
  • yeast: 1 teaspoon

Directions

Put in whisk the eggs, oil, yogurt and sugar. Beat for 5 minutes. Add the flour and the yeast and beat again for a further 5 minutes. Grease a round shape with margarine and flour. Put in the oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
