Pumpkin muffins

Ingredients

  • Clean pumpkin: 150 g
  • Sugar: 300 g
  • Margarine: 70 g
  • Milk: 2.5 dl
  • Breadcrumbs: 100 g
  • Flour: 200 g
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Eggs: 4
  • Nuts (departures to the halves): taste.

Directions

Grate or chop the pumpkin. Mix the mashed pumpkin, sugar, margarine and milk.

Take the heat and leave to simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add the bread crumbs, the sifted flour with the yeast and eggs. Hit very well.

Distribute the mass ways of cupcake previously greased with margarine (there is no need flour).

Bake in moderate oven 200 C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and bury slightly half a nut for cupcake and let you finish baking other 10 to 15 minutes).
