  • Margarine: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 2 cups
  • Egg: 4
  • Walnut: 1,5 cups
  • Wheat flour: 3 cups
  • Baking powder: 5 tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.
  • Cinnamon powder: 1 coffee spoon
  • Lemon: to taste
  • Coffee very strong: 1 cup


Beat the margarine to go together the sugar until it forms a thick cream. Add the eggs, well beaten, and continue to stir. Add the chopped nuts, and then the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon rind and lemon zest. While mixing the ingredients go together in the cafe. Beat well and pour the prepared on a greased baking sheet. Take it to the form, to bake for 35 minutes, approximately.
