Lemon cake with chocolate mousse

  • Cake
  • Eggs: 3
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Natural yoghurt: 1 (125) ml
  • Melted butter: 6 tablespoons
  • Sugar-1 cup of tea
  • Lemon zest: 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour: 1 and 1/4 cup of tea
  • Baking powder: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Margarine and flour: for greasing
  • Mousse:
  • Gelatine: 1 package


1. Beat all ingredients in a blender, starting with the liquid. A round form of 22cm diameter, greased and floured, pour the contents shake and bake in a medium oven pre-heated, for 45 minutes.

2. Hydrate the gelatin in the cold water and dissolve in the water, according to the instructions on the package. Add the rest of the ingredients of the mousse in a blender and puree. Let cool for 1 hour.

3. After the cake desenformado, pass the mousse on top of it, take it to the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve. You can decorate with lemon zest.
