  • Olive oil: 1/2 lt
  • Honey: 1/2 lt
  • Brown sugar: 250 gr
  • Wheat flour: 2 cup
  • Corn flour: 1 cup
  • Vanilla: 1/2 pods
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 package
  • Fennel: 1/2 package
  • Water: 1 lt


Come together all ingredients (except meals) in a large pan, and simmer about 15 minutes. Mixing the two flours very well, and then, little by little joins to the prepared pan up to incorporate the flour, stirring well. Remove from the heat and tend the cakes while it is hot. Then bake it in the oven, until the soil becomes parched.
