  • Sugar: 500 g
  • Flour: 500 g
  • eggs (equivalent to 500 g): 8
  • yeast: 1 teaspoon
  • Kgmanteiga: 1/4
  • Kgazeite: 1/4
  • Carrot: taste.


In a pan, mix the sugar with the egg yolks. When they are well mixed, add the melted butter, olive oil, grated carrot and the flour with the yeast mixed. Beat the egg whites and involve gently in the mass. Put in the individual forms and put in the oven to bake (approximately 10 to 15 minutes).
