  • Amêdoa without skin: 100 gr
  • Walnut: 200 gr
  • Sugar: 300 gr
  • Flour: 100 gr
  • Egg: 6
  • Yeast: 1 teaspoon


They hit very well the egg yolks with the sugar. Join the almonds and walnuts after moidas. Then joins the flour with the yeast mixed and the beaten egg whites into the castle. They should join with lightness without crashing. Finally, pour the mixture into a hole, greased with margarine and sprinkled with flour. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees.
