  • Flour: 300 g
  • Sodium bicarbonate: 1/2 Spoonful of coffee
  • Butter: 200 g
  • Powdered sugar: 150 g
  • Brown sugar: 50 g
  • Salt: 1 coffee Spoon
  • Extract natural vanilla: 2 coffee Spoon
  • Eggs: 2
  • Chocolate chip nergo: 340 g


In a container, place the flour together with the bicarbonate. Stir, involving the ingredients. In the cup of the standing mixer, pour the butter, powdered sugar and brown. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes.

Without stop beating, but by reducing the speed, add the salt, extract, vanilla and eggs. Stir in the flour and, in the end, with the mixer already stopped, the nuggets.

Shape-if the cakes and put them on a baking tray (this must be pre-heated to 180). The tray should be covered with paper-plant. Move the dumplings five inches between them. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the baking trays and let stand 2 minutes.
