Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting

  • Chocolate bar for cooking: 400 g
  • Butter with salt: 400 g
  • Sugar: 400 g
  • Whole eggs: 5
  • Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon
  • Espresso: 1 dl
  • Whisky: 1 dl


Melt the chocolate and butter in the heat very low. In a bowl beats very well the sugar with the eggs integers. When the chocolate is melted, add the sugar with the eggs, coffee and whisky.

To withdraw this prepared 2 shells soup for the coverage of the cake at the end.

The rest of the prepared joins a tablespoon of flour and stir. Unta-if a form with butter, lined with parchment paper, unta-if the parchment paper, and bake it in the oven /- 20 minutes at a temperature of 145ºC.

Remove from the oven, desenforma when the cake is almost cold, covered with chocolate that you booked.
