Chocolate cake in microwave

  • Chocolate cooking: 250 g
  • Brown sugar: 60 g
  • Butter: 40 g
  • Egg whites: 6
  • Egg yolks: 4
  • Powdered sugar: the taste.


Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave with the butter. Give it a stir.

Beat the egg whites and the castle. Join half of the sugar and continue to beat. At the end, add the rest of the sugar.

Mix the egg yolks with the melted chocolate.

Add the egg whites into the chocolate.

Pour the dough into a form apropiada for micro-waves and light-to-bake at maximum power during 4 minutes.

Remove from microwave and let cool.

Unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
