Chocolate cake and cardamom with red fruits and ice cream, dried fruits

Ingredients

  • Flour: 75 g
  • Eggs: 5
  • Chocolate: 350 g
  • Milk: 0,1 litre
  • Butter: 150 g
  • Sugar: 500 g
  • Raspberries and strawberries: 250 g
  • Cinnamon: 1 dick
  • Cardamom: taste.
  • Ice cream dried fruits: 8 balls
  • Powdered sugar: the taste.

Directions

Cake:Beat the eggs with 350 g of sugar, melt the chocolate with milk and butter (in bath) and bring it all together. Go adding flour gradually and involving all of the preparation. Add a pinch of ground cardamom. Place the prepared in a way, greased with butter and lightly floured, and bake in the oven at 180 for about 20 minutes.

Jam:in A pan put the red fruits, 150 g of sugar and the cinnamon stick. Bring to the boil, remove the cinnamon stick and grind.

To serve:Cut the cake into 8 rectangles individual. Put each one of them in the dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, a tablespoon of sauce with red fruit and a ball of ice cream.
