  • Egg: 4
  • Sugar: 2 cups
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Large carrot: 3
  • Yeast: 1 tablespoon


First boil the carrots and after rala them with a fork. After rasped, mix the remaining ingredients, bring to the oven to 180 degrees for one hour in a way without the hole, barred with margarine and flour. Good appetite!
