  • Egg: 4
  • Flour: 2 measures
  • Sugar: 2 measures
  • Grated carrot: 2 measures
  • Oil: 1 as evil full
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Walnut departure (or almond with skin): 1 measure


Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy. Joins the grated carrot, oil, flour, nuts, cinnamon, and the last of the beaten egg whites into the castle. It takes to bake in greased baking sheet with margarine and powdered with flour, for 30 minutes in a hot oven. Good appetite!
