Cake with pumpkin and nuts

  • Pumpkin (boiled): 500 g
  • Flour: 400 g
  • Sugar: 100 g
  • Walnut kernels: 130 g
  • Eggs: 5
  • Oil: 2 dl
  • Cinnamon: 1 Teaspoon


Turn on or turn on the oven to 180. Butter and sprinkle flour a form of English cake. Chop the pumpkin in 1,2,3. In a container fund, beat the eggs with the oil, add the pulp pumpkin and mix well. Gradually adding flour, sugar and cinnamon. Beat the mass and at the end add the nuts. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
